What areas do you cover?

Based in Eastleigh, Hampshire, we provide our services throughout the surrounding areas including Chandler's Ford, Winchester and Romsey. If you're unsure whether we cover your location, please get in touch.

Are you fully qualified?

Yes, Byron Heating Ltd is fully Gas Safe registered, allowing us to legally and safely work on gas appliances. We're also a Worcester Bosch Accredited Installer, ensuring the highest standards of installation and extended warranties.

What is included in a boiler service?

Our comprehensive boiler service includes: emissions checks using a calibrated flue gas analyser, inlet and working gas pressure checks, condensate trap cleaning, magnetic filter cleaning (if fitted), internal boiler case cleaning, gas rate assessment if required, and safety device testing in line with Gas Safe guidelines.

Do you offer any aftercare or maintenance plans?

Yes, we offer two Service Plans - our Annual Boiler Service Plan (£8.99 per month) and our Landlord Gas Safety Plan (£18.99 per month). Both include annual services, system water tests, and priority callouts. Full details can be found on our Service Plans page.
